Jennifer Dawn Kennedy Sorenson

1982 ~ 2022

Jennifer Dawn Kennedy Sorenson was born May 10, 1982, in Boise, ID and passed unexpectedly Thursday, May 19, 2022. Jennifer was born to Larry and Murry Kennedy and spent her young life moving from Idaho to Montana and finally to Utah. Some of Jenn’s best times were when she was riding her horse Skooter or just hanging out with him. She met and fell in love with the love of her life, Dustin Sorenson in 1997. Jenn and Dustin were married August 23, 2003.

Jennifer is proceeded in death by her father, Larry Kennedy, Uncle Dwayne Bonjour, Grandparents and nephew, Corbin Martsch. She is survived by her husband, Dustin, her children, Kaysen, Kyah, Kirah, and Daughter, Michelle Sorenson Slaymaker, Her Mom, Murry Kennedy, Sister, Stephanie Martsch & (Dave Martsch), Brother, Lawrence Kennedy.

There will be a celebration of life held Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 2:00 – 4:00pm at Larkin Mortuary -Riverton, 3688 W 12600 S., Riverton, UT. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a memorial fund set up at Mountain America Credit Union (MACU), under Jennifer Sorenson-Memorial Fund. The donations can be made any MACU branch.

And so very sad and when I first heard about this and I still am sad. Jen was such an absolute beautiful woman and a beautiful soul, I’ll always remember her beautiful red hair laughing with her in the high school hallways and even meeting up with her sometimes at Wheeler Farm. No matter what when you saw Jen she had a smile on her face and it was contagious love you girl God bless !
