Jenny Lynn Hansen Fryer left us all too soon and returned home to our Heavenly Father on June 12th, 2023. She passed peacefully in her sleep due to complications from an infection. Jenny was born in Murray, UT on April 17, 1979 to Larry and Jeannine Hansen and grew up in Sandy, UT. She attended Brighton High School and graduated in 1997. She spent most of her life in Northern Utah and spent the last 4 years in St. George.

Jenny was the life of the party! She always kept everyone laughing and entertained. You always knew when she was around because of her fun, boisterous personality. Jenny was always taking care of everyone else, making sure people had what they needed and helping in whatever capacity she could. She was always willing to help people and resolve any issues and had no fear to stand up for what was right to resolve a situation, whether with a company’s Customer Service or Disneyland City Hall.

Jenny was a devoted mother to her two children Olivia and Brodie. To her devoted partner Markell Wimbush, Jenny was his everything. Their unwavering love and support for each other were a source of strength throughout their journey together.

Although our hearts ache with grief, we find solace in knowing that Jenny has been reunited with other family members. We look forward to the day when we will get to see her again.

Jenny is survived by her partner Markell Wimbush, her children Olivia and Brodie Fryer, her parents Larry and Jeannine Hansen and siblings Brian (Amy) Hansen, Andrea (Steven) Saunders, Holly (Rusty) Griffin, Lori (Kevin) Olsen and Matthew (Katelyn) Hansen and many nieces & nephews.

A public viewing will be held Monday, June 19th, 2023 from 9:00-10:30 am at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy, Utah. Private family services will be held. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.larkincares.com.

We will forever cherish our memories of Jenny “Pooh.” Jenny, you will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Jenny was an old co-worker of mine. She wasn’t just a co-worker, she was a friend. She helped me when I was going through a rough time with the company, and even just life. I wish I could have made it to the viewing, but I live too far unfortunately. She was truly a great soul and I will miss her. <3
