John Sunder

John was a devoted Christian who loved Jesus Christ and sought to reflect His love in the way he lived his entire life.

After a long and successful career in Dubai, he moved to the United States to be close to his two daughters. One of his proudest achievements was raising them to believe they could be anything, never less than their full potential. He gave them the best education he could, and both went on to become engineers, a dream come true that filled him with immense pride.

Once in the U.S., John pursued his lifelong passion for music. He had the most powerful and beautiful voice, and audiences were always enamored the moment he began to sing. One of his greatest joys was pouring into the hundreds of music students he taught in Salt Lake City, UT. He didn't just teach them music, he taught them discipline and imparted his wisdom on life. Watching them discover their talent, and the joy that only music can bring, filled him with pride.

He was, above all, a devoted husband, an incredible father and father-in-law, an extraordinary grandfather, and a caring brother and loving uncle. He adored his grandchildren, always playing with them, always making them laugh, always ready with that charming smile.

As he left this world, he left it a better place. He passed in peace, and we take comfort in knowing he is now with God our Father and Jesus Christ.

His kindness, wisdom, unwavering faith, and generous spirit touched the lives of many, and his legacy will continue through all who knew and loved him.
