We meet John & Linda in 1971when we became neighbors in Sandy. Our kids became best friends. We all worked together to get yards in and fences up. It was a fun time in our life. We were saddened when we heard of John’s passing. He was a good man and be at peace knowing he is free of his pain. Our condolences to Linda and the family. Love Chuck & Rise.

I’m sorry to hear of John’s passing. I was a firefighter and I’ve known John since I hired on in 1977. I first worked with him at station 4 on I street in the avenue's along with George Peck and Lt Stoddard. I was the new boot still on probation. John helped introduce me to firefighting. My first big fire was with John at the Prescott apartments. He always was good to me and helped me. My condolences to all his family.
Davis family, I am so sorry to hear about John.. I have always admired and loved your family. I know this will be a difficult time for you to go through, my prayers and thoughts are with you. Always remember the happy times and what a great man he was. ❤️
I want to tell you, Linda, how very sorry I am to hear of John’s passing. I love you and your family and am grateful to know you. John was always there to help support girl’s camp and teach first aid every year. And he was such a good sport when I asked him to be Samuel the Lamanite for the Christmas program and stood up on the stand to declare repentance and the coming of the Savior. And the socks your family threw! He and you were always such good friends. I miss you. He is with Todd and loved ones on the other side and is healthy now. My prayers are with you and your family to have peace and comfort. Love you always! Louise
