Justin Duane Miller passed away Wednesday March 23, 2022, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Justin was born on April 3, 1987, to Curt and Debi Miller in Prescott, Arizona. He grew up in Kearny, Arizona and graduated from Ray High School in 2005. Growing up Justin was good at everything he did and was without a doubt his parents’ favorite. He played basketball and golfed while in school. He was always the best on the team. Outside of school he played the guitar, skateboarded, and rode BMX bikes. He helped a lot of friends learn to play guitar. Justin loved music! He could listen to a song and teach himself how to play it. The Format was one of his favorite bands. After high school Justin moved to the Phoenix area where he spent most of his time with his second family and friends. During this time Justin found a love for animation and Disney/Pixar films. He decided to pursue his dream of becoming an animator and received his diploma for Advanced Studies in Character Animation from Animation Mentor in Berkeley, California in 2012. Justin would always be sketching on anything he could find. His favorite artist was Loish, and he was very happy to have been able to meet her at Disneyland. Justin spent so much time at Disneyland! He absolutely loved it there! He loved Ariel, Woody, Buzz, and Tinkerbell the most. Hands down the best Uncle any kid could ever ask for! So much fun and always a kid at heart. He wasn’t only an uncle to his sisters’ kids, but he absolutely adored his best friend’s girls as well. Carrie, Shawn, and Ryan were his best friends, and they made his life so happy. Justin was also lucky enough to have another set of parents that loved him as much as his own parents did. Jennifer and Mark provided him his second home and showed him so much love and kindness. You couldn’t not love Justin and his infectious smile and goofy laugh. He was kind to everyone he came across. When you needed a friend Justin was that friend. Justin also loved watching Gordon Ramsey and enjoyed cooking up some of his dishes. A huge animal lover! Justin had a dog named Henri who he loved more than anything. He then had a cat named Madam Mim who opened him up to being a cat person. While living in Utah he adopted another cat named Murph. Murph made him so happy.

Justin will be missed so much by his family and friends. He had big and bright dreams, that will live on within all of us each and every day. We will honor his legacy and the adventurous life he lived. We could all learn something from Justin, and that is to live fully and freely. Adventure is out there!

Justin was lovingly welcomed by those who passed before him, including: his Grandparents (Elsie, Cecil, Orba, and Melvin) and nephew Rylan. He is survived by his parents Curt and Debi Miller, sister Jenna Miller (Cory Stewart), nieces Mercedes, Maci, Averi, Nora, and Wynter, nephew Braydin, second family Jennifer and Mark Whitmire, best friends Carrie and Shawn Groves and Ryan Rodriguez.

We love you Justin To Infinity and Beyond!
