Jane Hollenbeck Child passed away peacefully January 16, 2015. She was born in Salt Lake City on January 4, 1920 to Howard Reed Hollenbeck and Elvira Lena Lewis.
She married the love of her life Warren Child on August 30, 1947 in Salt Lake City. Together they enjoyed living in Summit Park and sharing their time and home with friends and family. Here Sunday dinners, sleigh riding, Christmas and summer BBQ's on the patio were enjoyed often as she loved cooking and gathering people together.
With motorhome loaded and Lady Bug on board. they would head to the Uintah Mountains to relax along the river. When more time was available, it was off to Depoe Bay, OR to enjoy the seaside. Most of these trips included their close friends and family.
Survived by son Warren Child Jr. (Florence), grandsons Shane (Tracy), Paul (Rosalind) and Kendell (Rose), 11 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, grandson Eugene and her brother and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) in Sandy.
