In Loving Memory of Karma Louise Haun Pehrson

Karma Louise Haun Pehrson, born on May 4th, 1943, in Murray, Utah, embarked on her final journey on August 2nd, 2023. Surrounded by love, she peacefully bid farewell to this world, leaving behind a profound void in the hearts of her family and friends.

Karma was the cherished daughter of Eva Florence Voshell and Archie LeRoy Haun. She shared a close bond with her two sisters, Peggy and Arlene, and her brother, David. Together, they weaved a tapestry of unforgeable childhood memories and enduring love.

The love of her life, Albert Pehrson Jr., became her companion on October 25, 1969, and they shared a fairytale romance that spanned a lifetime. Their love story was one for the ages, filled with travel and adventure. Their journey together was a testament to the beauty of love and commitment.

Karma was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She poured her heart into raising her two children, Karee and Kelly, imparting them with the values of strength, kindness, and integrity. She was doting grandmother and great-grandmother, each one holding a special place in her heart. She relished in their accomplishments and showered them with affection, making every moment spent together extraordinary.

A treasure trove of wisdom, creativity, elegance, and wit, Karma's presence enriched the lives of all who knew her. Her innate creativity inspired countless endeavors, and her sharp wit and sense of humor were infectious. Her love for painting, reading, and admiration for sunsets mirrored the beauty she brought into our lives.

Karma is survived by her soulmate Al, her sisters: Peggy (Reed) and Arlene (Jerry). Her daughters: Karee (Mike), Kelly (Scott), and Lorrie. Her grandchildren: Callie, Tyler, Candice, Amanda, Joshua, Kylie and Karrera. Her great-grandchildren: Carson, Caden, Connor, Carter, Collin, Makayla, Emily, Marlie, Scarlett, Ernest and Wren.

Preceded in death by her loving parents, Eva and Archie, her brother David, her son-in-law Drue, her great-granddaughter Meleah, and her great-grandson Logan.

Karma’s radiant spirit will forever dance in the corridors of our minds. As we say goodbye to her brilliant soul, we find comfort in the countless cherished memories that she has gifted us with. She was truly one-of-a-kind, and we will carry her always in our hearts. Until we meet again, our darling Karma.

In honor of Karma, a celebration of life will be held on September 16, 2023, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at 3651 S 900 E, Millcreeek, Utah to toast to her life, love, and the impact she made on those around her. We ask in lieu of flowers, please plant a rose in her memory.

My heart breaks for the loss of this beautiful, loving & kind lady. I was blessed to meet her through my daughter-in-law, Monica Jenkins (Genore). Peggy, Reed, and Karma and Al always made me feel like family. I know Kelly, & Karee will miss her everyday, there is nothing quite like losing your mother. Their loving fun memories will get them through the hard times. She will still be there to talk to when you need her. She will continue to give you the strength and love you will always have from her. For Peggy it’s her kindred soul they were together so often. My sympathy to Al, as her will need all the love and support from his family to get through life without Karma. I will have so many special memories being with all the family and the beautiful children at Karmas pool parties. At lake Powell. And just being with the best family I love and miss terribly. I feel your loss deeply. I will miss being around her. She always had a beautiful smile and helping hand for anyone she knew. I will count my blessing & hold her dear to my heart for the memories of happiness I felt from her. A family that takes in a stranger and treats them like a dear friend. I pray for you all to live with her loving memories to get through your loss. I love and miss you all. Nana 😥❤️💞🌹🌹
