Kathleen Sevastopoulos: passed away on July 27, 2020. She left: “LIKE A CANDLE IN THE WIND”…… Peacefully in her home in the hands of her husband Captain Athanasios P. Sevastopoulos, the love of her life. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on November 11, 1952.
Kathleen met the Captain on a cruise in the Greek Islands aboard the cruise ship “M/V Golden Odyssey” on the Royal Cruise Line, in the 70’s. “A REAL LOVE STORY”! It was: *” LOVE AND DESTINY”. Their story is a love book story and: “A DREAM LOVE TRUE”!!!...... *”KATHLEEN WAS:…… *”WHAT A WOMAN”!!!...... Kathleen was in her 20’s and the Captain was a Chief Officer aboard the Cruise ship.
Kathleen had a very impressive nice presence, she was good looking, and a loving soul. They went their separate ways for many years and both married other people. *”AS: DESTINY” would have it, they met again in Salt Lake City, Utah, on August 19, 1988. Captain lived in Miami, Florida. He was already a “Master Mariner” and had travelled with many ships all over the world. Having two sons: Panagiotis “Peter” Sevastopoulos and Nicholas Sevastopoulos, and one grandchild, Audrey Sevastopoulos. Captain and Kathleen lived together in Salt Lake City, Utah for more than: “32 YEARS”.
They travelled to Europe, Greece, Belgium, Brussels, Paris, Venice, South America, Mexico, Acapulco, Mexico City, Brazil, Rio De Janeiro, Iguazu Falls Brazil, Argentina, Buenos Aires, Spain, Madrid, Granada, the Hawaiian Islands, Venezuela, Angel Falls, Puerto Ordaz, Gran Sabana, Canaima, the Amazon River and met the Yanomani Indian tribes in the Amazon region, Polar bears in Churchill Canada and many other places.
They were married in Greece on October 2, 1990 in the Greek Orthodox Church. It was a beautiful wedding by the sea. Kathleen was Baptized at the: “PROPHET ELIAS”, Greek church in Salt Lake City, Utah by Father George and Rev. Joakim Hatzidakis. Who also flew into Greece to marry them along with the Archbishop in Athens. IT WAS: “A DREAM WEDDING IN ATHENS, GREECE”.
Kathleen, she loved her Grandfather J. Alma Burrows whom she called “OWL”. He told Kathleen, “I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU FOREVER AND YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORK FOR ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE”.
Kathleen, loved fashion, and J. ALMA BURROWS sent her to study fashion in: “LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND. Later when she finished from SWITZERLAND. THE: “OWL” opened her a very nice boutique: in TROLLEY SQUARE: NAMED: “CROCODILE!” He invested in for her $500.000.00, in the 70’s.
J. ALMA BURROWS and LEAH BURTON BURROWS were: *”HER REAL PARENTS!!!...... She adored them and they loved her!!!...... J. ALMA BURROWS and GEORGE ECCLES were best friends and they went to school in: ‘OGDEN, UTAH”. J. ALMA “THE OWL” did Municipal Bonds in NEVADA, CALIFORNIA, IDAHO, UTAH, E.T.C. He made a lot of money, mostly in the: “WEST”. *”THE REST OF THE STORY”…… WILL CONTINUE IN A BOOK……
God bless Kathleen’s soul. She never bothered anyone…… We will: “MISS KATHLEEN OUR LOVE IS FOREVER”!! miss Kathleen our love is forever! She loved: *”HER GIANT SCHNAUZER DOGS: ANNIE AND RAVEN, AURORA AND ADONIS, ELECTRA AURA AND ECHO. She bred them and exhibited in the “AKC ≠ AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB and UNITED KENNEL CLUB, ALL OVER THE USA, CANADA and SOUTH AMERICA.
Family members: Efi Sevastopoulos, Koula Sevastopoulos, and many good friends, all over the world.

She is now with her: GRANDPARENTS!!!...... J. ALMA BURROWS AND LEAH BURTON BURROWS: WHO WERE HER: “REAL PARENTS”!!!...... She was their favorite granddaughter and they gave her: “their generosity” and “ENDLESS LOVE”!!!......
