Kevin James Mecham, born February 2, 1995, of Sandy, UT passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at the University of Utah Hospital.
He was the beloved son of Clive and Cathie Mecham and treasured brother to Kate and Scott.
Kevin graduated from Jordan Valley School in 2017. He loved horseback riding, traveling, and was a huge hockey fan. He had a special personality and was always positive. Everyone who met him loved him. He touched many lives and made everyone who knew him better.
Kevin is survived by his parents Clive and Cathie, his sister Kate Stannard (Matt), brother Scott Mecham (Keri), two nieces, and grandmother Shirley A Petkus.
Kevin was laid to rest in Gilbert, PA where he joined his late grandfather, William F Petkus and other extended family members.
A memorial service for Kevin will be held in Sandy, UT, for his friends and family to celebrate his life on Saturday, July 29, 2003 from 11:00-2:00pm at Le Jardin at The Rose Shop, 1910 E. Dimple Dell Road (10600 S.), Sandy UT.
