Kevin Thomas Shea, 62, of South Jordan, Utah, died at home on December 28, 2024.

He was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin to Ann and Dan Shea. Kevin was the youngest of 

seven children and throughout his childhood kept the family entertained with his antics.

He is an alumnus of Marquette University, where he majored in Business. Kevin also attended and graduated from Abbot Pennings High School, Class of 1980. Kevin’s professional career included banking, financial consulting, bankruptcy restructuring and lastly Executive Chairman at Ziplocal, Utah.

Kevin is survived by his three children Sarah (Patrick), Katie and Liam from a prior marriage to Cathy Shea. He is also survived by his wife, Rosiani, Kevin's siblings Daniel, Jr. (Elyse), Patrick, Mary and Margaret (Jeff Harding), three stepchildren Lorrayne Mavromatis, Lauriane Frangiosi Jorge, Wallace Frangiosi. Kevin also leaves behind his beloved dog, Enzo.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ann and Dan, brother Michael, and sisters Kathleen and Sarah. 

Kevin was known for his quick wit, his irreverent sense of humor, and his adventurous spirit. When he grew interested in an activity or hobby, he was all in! He was passionate about cooking, travel, rowing, skiing, playing Gin Rummy and being in the mountains. One of his very favorite places to spend time was “Sundance.” Kevin enjoyed bringing family and friends there to enjoy the beauty of the place. 

Even after his heart transplant in July 2023, Kevin was always planning the next excursion. Recently, he took a Jeeping trip in southern Utah, venturing down to Southern Arizona on the least travelled roads.

Kevin will always be remembered for his great smile, optimism and escapades.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Larkin Mortuary - Riverton located 3688 West 12600 South in Riverton, Utah.
