Kevin Wade Monk passed away on March 30, 2022, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on February 18, 1969, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Sheldon Monk and Margaret Monk (Green) and was raised by his stepfather Ralph “Clyde” Green.
Kevin is survived by his Fiancée Ruth Castro, father Sheldon (Amy) Monk, mother Margaret (Clyde) Green, son Chance Monk, brothers David (Kim) Monk, Erik Monk, Bart (Mikki) Green, Brett Green, Dave Green; sisters Shelly (Mark) Gilbert, Valerie (Mark) Shirley, Marilee (Ken) Bartlett and Kristine Rottman. Kevin was preceded in death by his stepfather Clyde Green, brothers Ryan Monk, Kirk Green, sisters Wendy Green and Carolynn Hopkins.
Friends and family may call at Larkin Sunset Gardens 1950 East 10600 South Sandy, Utah on Monday April 4, 2022, at 11:00-1:00 following will be the graveside service from 1:00-2:00.
