On November 9th our lives changed forever when our amazing, husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, nephew, uncle, and friend passed away. Brian was an incredible person who made everyone he met laugh. He loved cuddling with his granddaughter, Oaklee on the couch, fishing trips, traveling, working on cars, and most of all just spending time with his family. He had the biggest heart and was always willing to help anyone; he will be missed by so many people.
Brian is survived by his wife, Kathy, his children, Justin (Alicia), Jocyelyn, and Katelyn, his granddaughter, Oaklee, parents, Jim and Patty Ennis, brother, Don (Cathy) Ennis, sister, Chele (Bob) Steinberg, father and mother-in-law, Bob and Mary Matchulat, sister-in-law, Karen Flora, and brother-in-law, Eric (Lisa) Matchulat, as well as many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and more friends than can be counted.
A celebration of Brian's life will be held on Saturday, November 14th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at The Chateau at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1910 East Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 S.) in Sandy. The family requests memorial donations are made to the University of Utah Burn Center or a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) charity of choice. Brian will be in our hearts forever and always.
