Roger A. Friis
July 12, 1928 - August 31, 2015
Husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away on August 31, 2015 as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident on April 17, 2013. He was born on July 12, 1928 in Tyler, Minnesota to Arthur Friis and Anna Anderson Friis. Roger is survived by his daughter Kathy Butler and family, son Dennis Friis and family, 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. The family would like to thank all the wonderful people at THE Wentworth in Draper for the care of our Dad.
No services will be held at this time. Interment in Iowa at a later date. There will be an Open House in Sandy in October.

Wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on April 17, 2013 as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident. She was born in Albert City, Iowa to Ross Earl Garton and Edith Johnson. Dorothy is survived by her daughter Kathy Butler and family, son Dennis Friis and family, 5 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. Interment to take place in Iowa at a later date.
