Our beloved son, brother, uncle and cousin passed away suddenly at home on November 16. He was born in 1966 in Salt Lake City to Marie and Jacques Grossi. He began his work in his father's bakery and after some years as a baker, pursued other interests. He had currently returned to Salt Lake Community College with a major in history, which he dearly loved. Through the ups and downs of life, Maurice always bounced back with joy and enthusiasm. He loved music, was a wealth of information on rock history, and made a hobby of learning bass guitar. He travelled to Europe and especially loved England and his ancestry which included 41% Great Britain, 31% Italy Greece, 14% Iberian Peninsula and 2% Jewish. He respected all faiths and learned a great deal about many religions while maintaining his spiritual bond with the wonder and renewal of nature. He was a great helper, companion and source of love for his family and will never be forgotten. We love you, Maurice. A viewing will be held Tuesday, November 22nd from 12:00 to 1:45 p.m. with a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah.
