Linda Joyce Shadoan passed away January 1, 2025, from natural causes resulting from illness.
The last four years of her life were very difficult as her health slowly declined. However, she never lost her good-natured spirit or sense of humor. She was truly a beautiful woman inside and out. A devoted wife of 59 years and a wonderful mother to her two daughters.
She lived her life simply. Somewhat shy and reserved at times but had many interests. She enjoyed staying up on all current events: News, weather, music, and entertainment. She enjoyed collecting things and was very sentimental. She was very meticulous with her home and appearance. She was kind, thoughtful and giving. She faced great obstacles with strength and endurance.
Her family is very saddened by her passing. We were truly blessed to have her in our lives. She will remain in our hearts forever.
A private service will be held in her honor.
