Lois J. Holloway, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, passed away on September 21, 2023 at the age of 92.
Lois was born in Ely Nevada, June 28, 1931 to Ambrey and Alyce Cooper. She married Arthur (Joe) Holloway on December 30, 1947 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, her parents, and one grandson, Brandon.
Lois is survived by two daughters, JoLyn (Larry), Kristeen (Brian); four sons, Terry (Stephanie), Michael (Christine), Brad (Denise), Richard (Lisa); sixteen grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; seven great, great grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry Cooper (Ann) and James Cooper (Sheryl).
A viewing for family and friends will be held on October 2 @ 10:00 AM at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary (1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd, Sandy UT), followed by a graveside service @ 11:45 AM at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.

I just found out about Lois Jean passing. Lois Jean was my cousin on my Dad's side of the family. I remember my Mom & Dad going to parties and would dance through the night with Lois Jean & Joe, they always had such a good time. When I was a young girl we would have Ranson Family reunions often and all of the families would get together at a local park to visit, play games and have great picnics!
