Melissa Ann Evans was born September 3, 1981 to Patricia and Eddie Evans. She grew up living a good life with bumps along the way. At the age of 16 she faced a life changing choice as she brought her first child into the world. From there Melissa stayed focused and committed to providing a better life. As years went on, she was faced with more battles that would shape her to be the wonderful woman that everyone has known to love. She was a hard-working, caring, loving, protective, funny, and beautiful woman. She put her five kids before anything in this world and they motivated her each and every day. She was loved by her family and the many friends whose life she changed with just a simple smile she wore every day.
On January 10, 2021 Melissa was called home and now her soul lives in the eternal peace that she deserved. Melissa is survived by her children; Dominque, Emily, Nicole, Michael, and Brylene, her loving spouse; Anthony, her mother and stepfather; Patricia and Robert, and her one and only granddaughter; Lunden. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, in-laws, friends, and other family members. We thank you for your continuous love and support to the family and never forget that she is forever in our hearts.
