Toni joined her father, mother and sisters in heaven on Feb. 12, 2014 at 9 pm. She was born on Feb 18, 1927 in Leeds, Utah to Miles Edward Miller and Edith Marie Atkin. Toni married Jerry Chidester on June 18, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They have four children, John (Kathy), Jody (Debbie), Christi (Dan), and Kevin (Renee), 24 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
Toni, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, devoted her life to Jerry, their children, and grandchildren. There never was a birthday or special occasion went by that a card was not sent. Toni took great pride in her appearance and that of her children\s.
She is loved by all her family and friends and will be missed for years to come. Her marriage of sixty-five years brought joy and happiness to her husband and children.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 17, 2014 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 So.) at 1:00 pm. Friends and family may call Sunday evening from 6-8 pm at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, and one hour prior to the services at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
