Donna Johnson Baugh

1932 ~ 2014

May 20, 2014, surrounded by family, Donna Johnson Baugh peacefully returned home to her Heavenly Father. Born December 27, 1932 to Andrew H. and Rose M. Johnson in Blackfoot, Idaho. She lived a full and blessed life.

Donna attended Ricks College and later graduated from Utah State University, where she met the love of her life, Boyd. They were married in the Logan Temple on June 14, 1954. They have spent 60 wonderful years together. She taught in the public school system in Idaho, Utah and California. Donna felt her most rewarding and fulfilling achievement, and the greatest blessing in her life, was the opportunity to be a wife, mother and grandmother. She served faithfully in Primary, Sunday School, MIA and Relief Society, both as a teacher and a leader. She loved to learn. She loved to paint. She had great faith. She had a strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Donna is survived by her husband K. Boyd Baugh, her children Diane (Ken) Rose, Ken (Melinda) Baugh, and Sherry (Glen) Titensor, 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Raeola (Burt) Sorensen, Robert (Janet) Johnson, and Roma (Robert) Knudsen. Preceded in death by her parents Andrew H. and Rose M. Johnson, and her sister Juanita (Verl) Olson.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 26, 2014 at 12:00 pm at the LDS Chapel on 135 A Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84103. A viewing will precede the services at 10:45 am. A viewing will also be held Sunday evening May 25th at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be Tuesday, May 27th at 12:00 pm at the Logan City Cemetery in Logan, Utah.
