Raylee Ann Edwards

2013 ~ 2017

Raylee Ann Edwards, born January 28, 2013 passed peacefully into the gates of heaven July 15, 2017 following a life of hard struggles. She was welcomed into Jesus\ arms and was released of all her pain and suffering.

Although Raylee\s illness made her seem frail, her positive attitude and strength of a warrior princess kept her strong till the end. Raylee leaves a piece of her behind in all the hearts of those who loved her.

Raylee is survived by her loving parents, Ian Edwards and Elisabeth Wayman, her siblings Talen and Adelynn Edwards, her amazing grandparents, her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

On Raylee\s behalf we would like to take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation to all of the doctors, amazing nurses and techs, art and music therapy, Rainbow kids and all other staff at Primary\s Children\s Hospital for taking such great care of our precious princess and making her time there feel more like home. You have all been like her second family.

Raylee\s sweet, spunky and sassy attitude could brighten up your day no matter what kind of mood you were in. She was always there to comfort a sad heart or keep a laugh going until your side hurt. This warrior princess made it through so many struggles and hard times in her four short years of her life. Raylee was so strong and very brave through it all. She always had high spirits and a beautiful smile on her face. A smile so beautiful and contagious it captured every heart whose eyes it fell upon.

With Coco(her monkey) by her side the whole way through, they both take flight into heaven to start a new beginning. We know Raylee will fit into heaven, after all...she was a part of it.

A viewing will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 10 am to 12 noon at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 E. 1300 S. A graveside service will follow at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
