Our sweet momma and grandma passed away as she lived life – fighting all the way on August 17. 2023 in West Jordan, Utah. She fought battles that would have made most people bitter and angry, but she was kind, loving and giving to the end.
She was born on July 17, 1941 in Shelley, Idaho to Clifford Norman Ellis and Jayne Leora Campbell Ellis. She was the eldest of four girls – Alyce, Susan and Peggy. She was raised in and around the Idaho Falls area.
Norma married at a very young age and had her three children Robby, Todd and Ange.
She was a lover of all nature and animals. She loved to cook and entertain. She loved shopping and buying clothes, shoes and jewelry. Our sweet
Norma very rarely left her house without being completely put together.
She is survived by her son Robert Livington; her daughter Angela Jayn Taylor (Robert); grandchildren Sausha Khoundet (Santi), Brandon Taylor, Mikayla Taylor (Troy Allen), Tiffany Livingston and Britteni Livingston; great grandchildren Kdin, Zailee, Marika, Miya, Malcolm, Mya, Mica and Maleah.
She was laid to rest next to her husband and son in a private family service at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Del Rd. Sandy.
Special thanks to Sunridge Assisted Living and Memory Care for the incredible and loving care that she received there. They made sure she was always loved and made to feel very special.
I’m so sorry for your loss of your mother . It’s such a difficult time. She was such a wonderful woman. I have so many wonderful memories with her. But I’m So happy for her to be with her loved ones again.
