Florence Price Money

1922 ~ 2014

The precious heart of Florence Price Money stopped beating October 1, 2014, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born May 13, 19and22, in Driggs, Idaho to Frank Milan and Goldie May Price. Graduated from South High in 1940, worked at Remington Arms pre and during World War II. Married Edward Finis Money, August 8, 1942, in Evanston, Wyoming. After lovingly raising her children, she worked and retired from Becton Dickenson. Active member of the LDS church. Florence was a very special wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and a friend to many. She is now smiling down upon us with other lost loved ones.

Preceded in death by her husband, parents, 5 siblings and son-in-law. Survived by children, Carole Conover (Bill), Sharon Flores (Paul), Ed Money, Fred Money (Brenda), 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.

She was an exceptional seamstress, homemaker, quilter, bingo player and caller at our infamous family Christmas parties (where the Grand Prize was a homemade quilt). She also loved mowing her lawn in the early morning hours, watching the Jazz and Ute football. Due to an extraordinary work ethic, she would tackle any job that needed to be done to the point of knocking down walls and could get feisty if needed.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th, 11:00 am at Larkin Sunset Gardens,1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT. Mom, you will forever be loved and greatly missed.
