Patricia Jean Forbes, 80, Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt & Friend passed away peacefully on April 16th, 2022, surrounded by her loving family after a short battle with cancer.

Born on November 28th, 1941, to Albert and Virginia Frost in Dearborn MI, later settling in Carson City, NV where she attended school, graduating from Carson High School in 1959.

She married her first love Daniel Lowman on June 14th, 1967, when he returned from Vietnam. Together they chose Utah to settle and raise their two children Daniel and Erin.

Later divorced she moved back to Reno. She joined the Civil Air Patrol and became very active in the Reno Air Races. That is where she met and married the next love of her life John Forbes, married September 13th, 1997. She said she always felt lucky to have found love twice.

She moved to Alaska for the next 20 years where she had always wanted to live. She retired from Ultradent in 2010 ultimately settling in Gunnison, Utah to be closer to her two children & grandchildren.

Pat is survived by her husband John, son Daniel (Tina) Lowman, daughter Erin (Mark) Orr, stepchildren Christine (Jon) Hartman, John K. Forbes III, John Richard (Kyla) Forbes, 13 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter.

Preceded in death by both parents, older sister Carol, baby sister Delca and her sisters by heart Gale Reinick and Gay Wonders.

In memory of Patricia, donations may be made in her honor with the available link to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

A Celebration of Life will be announced and held at a later date.

Dear aunt patsy you will be messed. I appreciate how you always showed unconditional love towards me. I was so touched when you reached out on my dad's passing and mom's passing.
