Obituary
The Library lost a very loyal customer on Sunday, August 23rd. Paul Moroni Robison passed away in his home surrounded by his trees and the flowers that he loved. You could find Paul walking the golf course any given week day, stopping on hole 9 to share his granola bar with a fox he made friends with. His love of golf is proven by the thousands of golf balls that have been found in his basement.
Paul was born in Park City, Utah on October 28, 1932 to Lawrence and Anna Robison. After serving in the Airforce during the Korean War he married his wife Merle. Together they raised five beautiful children; Mark, Linda, Jill, Matthew, and Amy. Paul is preceded in death by Merle, he lived another 32 years taking care of his children on his own. He often worried about them thinking what would Merle do. But I am here to tell you he was the best single parent I know.
Paul worked for the U.S. Postal service for 40 years opting to have a walking route so he could truly be outside and enjoy nature. If you look back at Paul’s life you would definitely say it was a story that was written by hard work, love and laughter. If he was here now he would tell you all about it in an hour or two. I sincerely hope that you had the chance to listen to one.
His services will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 8575 S 700 E in Sandy, Utah at 12:00 pm, Saturday, August 29th. Please join his children in celebrating 93 years of the most wonderful dad that ever lived. In lieu of tears please send flowers, Paul loved them.

We have not known Paul for long but the moment we met him and he shared his stories with us, we felt like we were friends forever. His laugh and smile were contagious. Just look at his cute picture. We know that if his son Matt is anything like his Dad, then Paul was an amazing person who touched the lives of many. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time. May God grant you all the peace needed to get through this difficult time. May you remember all the good times with love. 💕

I have known the Robison’s for the better part of 40 years. Your hard pressed to find better people in this world and I very much consider them family.
