Voynita Fern Moon age 83 of Taylorsville, Utah, passed away Tuesday, August 30th, 2016. She was born February 22nd, 1934 to Voyne and Virginia Howard in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was a self-taught artist and painted many beautiful pictures. She was a past member of the Intermountain Society of Artist. She was also a skilled crafter, and has created many things of all different styles. Later in life she became active in the LDS Church and went to the temple and received her endowments.
Voynita will be dearly missed by those who know and love her and feel relief that she has graduated from this life and has moved on to be with her Heavenly Father and loved one's on the other side.
She is survived by her Children Debi Cudney, Kathy Thompson(Craig) Connie Faber (Allen) and Russell Moon(Renee) and her siblings Kit Brundage and Hal Howard. Her six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren, with the anticipation of many more to come. She was preceded in death by her parents Voyne and Virginia Howard, her Spouse Arthur Moon, Her brothers Jerry and Bruce Howard, son Stephen Arthur Moon, and grandson Jacob Moon.
A viewing will be held Friday, September 2nd, 2016 at 1 pm at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary at 1950 East Dimple Dell Rd (10600 South) Sandy, Utah and graveside services will follow at 2 pm in the Larkin Sunset Gardens cemetery.
