Dennis M. Kiyoguchi passed away from natural causes at age 75 on November 30, 2016. Dennis was born to Katsuko Hashimoto and George Kiyoguchi in Salt Lake City.
He graduated from West High School and the University of Utah. He worked for Utah State Mosquito Abatement.
Preceded in death by his parents, sister, Julie, and brother Scott.
Survived by an aunt and many cousins.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple. Graveside service to follow at 12:30 pm at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Avenue and "N" Street.
