Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 24, 2018. She loved her family and was so dedicated to them. She always made sure to see the positive in everything. She was an artist and owned a porcelain doll shop where she taught classes and made such wonderful friends. Later in life she became so passionate about her Jack Russel Terriers. She loved them with all her heart. She traveled to many places with her grandchildren competing with her dogs and winning numerous championships. She also ran a Chicken Hatchery and was so loved and respected by everyone who brought in their eggs. She was so proud of her garden and her happiest times were canning with her daughters and grandchildren.
She was married and devoted for 65 years to Richard Hugh Finnerty. "She was his Girl." Together they had 6 children, Richard L (Laurie), Michael C (Brenda), Daniel M, Vickie (Tom) Rivetti, Christine (Paul) Harman, Carrie (Keith) Gafa. She had 26 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Her two grandsons Zachary and Kyle were devoted and stood by her side for anything she needed. They were "Her Boys." She will finally join her son Daniel in heaven. We will forever miss her laughter and "Tell It How It Is" personality.
There will be a viewing, Thursday, August 30, 2018, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East, Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy, Utah and a Celebration of Life from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 1969 West Scenic Vista Cove (8875 South) West Jordan, Utah
