Alexandria Wing Smith Eyre was born October 25th 1943 and passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 3rd 2017 at the age of 73 after a long battle with Parkinson\s. She is survived by her husband Larry K Eyre and 10 children, they are from oldest to youngest, Steve Eyre, Suzy Eyre, Chad Hall, Andrea Dinwiddie, Allison Hall, Jenni Eyre, Marc Hall, Michelle Moser, Heather Passey, and Lynsey Doms. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Zan, as she was affectionately known, was able to make everyone feel loved; as is witnessed by her being able to blend two families together when she married Larry on April 23rd 1983. They had just celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary prior to her passing. She had a way of making everyone feel important and loved, she will be missed by all.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 9th at the LDS Chapel located at 14211 Twin Peaks Road, Poway California, 92064. The viewing will be from 9:00am to 9:45am followed by the funeral services at 10:00am.
For all those that can\t attend the funeral services in Poway there will be a viewing at 9:30am on May 13th at the Larkin Mortuary located at 260 E South Temple, Salt Lake City, Ut 84111. The interment will be at the Salt Lake City Cemetery located at 4th North N St, Salt Lake City, Ut 84103 on Saturday May 13th following the viewing.
