Mike was born November 15, 1959 to Auston and Clarene Johnson in Murray, Utah. He married the love of his life, Jill, on April 2, 1996; they loved doing everything together.
Everywhere Mike went he knew someone or someone knew him. He made an impact on every person he met. He had a love for family, hunting, metal detecting, coin collecting and God. If he was teasing you, you know he loved you. He had a nickname for everyone, even if they didn\t know it.
He loved his kids Brandi, Abby and Michael more than anything and would tell everyone of their accomplishments and was always so proud. He adored being a grandpa, and told everyone he could about his family.
Mike is survived by his wife Jill Johnson, his daughters Brandi Nelson (David Nelson) Abby Johnson and son Michael Johnson Jr, his grandchildren Kemper and Syler Nelson, his father Auston \"Moose\" Johnson and his 3 brothers Auston Johnson Jr, Bruce Johnson and Craig Johnson. They were all so close and had so much fun together. He is preceded in death by his mother Clarene Johnson.
He will be missed by so many people and remembered for always having the best sense of humor and being ready to help anyone anyway he could.
