Obituary
Raven Eileen Porter, born on August 24, 2012, in Tooele, Utah, passed away on June 23, 2026.
Raven's life was a vibrant one filled with creativity and learning. She excelled in her studies, earning school awards for her achievements in dancing, math, and reading. Her passions were as diverse as they were heartfelt. Raven had a deep affection for animals and cherished her family above all else. She found immense joy in working on art, creating and making various things. Her world was also illuminated by her love for Hello Kitty and the Pokémon Gengar.
Raven delighted in spending time with her friends and enjoyed the freedom of rollerblading. She possessed a curious spirit and a love for learning new things. Her smile, personality, and love will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her mother, Taysha GrayFrogget, and her brothers, Koda Porter and Crowe GrayFrogget.
A viewing will be held on July 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on 9636 S 1700 E, Sandy, UT, 84092. The funeral service will follow from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.

I’m finding it hard to articulate condolences. Raven is a beautiful soul who made an impression on my heart. I was her math teacher this past year and I so loved her daily visits, stories, and her beautiful drawings. I send the family condolences for their loss. Raven was a bright light here on earth and now she is that light in heaven. Raven, you’ll be missed everyday.
