Raymond G Salazar

Raymond G. Salazar, born April 1, 1936, passed away on June 27, 2026.

Raymond found joy in his daily routine, which included five days a week at the spa, where he would work out on the treadmill, lift light weights, and finish with the steam room. He had a deep affection for the animals around his home, often feeding squirrels, geese, turkeys, hummingbirds, and other birds. Raymond also enjoyed the thrill of finding treasures at thrift stores and cherished leisurely drives in his blue truck.

He will be remembered for his playful spirit and sense of humor, especially when entertaining his granddaughters, Kamryn and Makinzie. He delighted in hitting golf balls in the field behind their home, giving them rides in an old electric wheelchair around the yard, and placing funny characters or fake animals outside to bring them laughter.

Raymond is survived by his wife, Beverly Salazar, his daughter Christina Marcus, her husband Brad, and their daughters, Kamryn and Makinzie.
