After a year long battle with metastatic breast cancer, Rebecca Sue Williams Clark returned peacefully home to her Heavenly Father on October 27, 2016, surrounded by her family. She was 62 years old.
Becky was born on January 16, 1954 in West Palm Beach, Florida to Dottis and Dorothy Williams. She was a beautiful and vivacious woman with many dear friends. She showed her tremendous musical ability early, singing her first public solo at age 4. Becky was a woman of many talents: an avid genealogist, an amazing cook, an entrepreneur, and an author and poet among many things. Her strength and testimony have blessed countless lives. Above all things, she loved the Lord and her family. She had 20 years with her sweetheart JR Clark, whom she married on May 9, 1997. They were sealed in the Laie, Hawaii Temple on August 12, 1998. She considered her greatest accomplishment to be her 3 children: Jenny, Chris and Katie.
She is survived by her beloved husband, JR Clark; her 3 children, Jennifer Ericksen (Preston), Christopher Breedon (Trisha), and Katherine Gomm (Daniel); and her 3 grandchildren, Myles, Lyndee and Haiden.
Services will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 11:00AM at the Sandy Utah East Stake building, 9636 S. 1700 E. Sandy, Utah. Viewings will be held Tuesday, November 1, from 6-8PM at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 Dimple Dell Rd. and Wednesday morning 9:30 ‚ 10:30 at the Stake Center, prior to services. She will be laid to rest at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 Dimple Dell Road, following the service.
