Rick loved Utah and the West in general. He was often found riding his motorcycles through canyons or up to Canada with his motorcycle gang. He truly loved being out in the open air, especially in a freshly polished sports car. Rick was a talented artist and often drew pictures of his beloved cars that he owned through the years. His other interests included home remodeling projects for family, finishing his basement and making them fun for his family, all things sugar, especially ice cream, petting almost every cat he sees, playing card games with family, and serving for a short time, as an ordinance worker at the Draper temple, before the cancer stopped him from serving.
