Rod was married to the love of his life, Annette Thomas, for over 31 years. They have three children together, Jenny (Chris) Gilfillan, RJ (Melanie) Hatley and Dalton (Paige) Hatley. They have four grandchildren ShayLynne, Isiah, Arianah, and Brighton.
Rod was one of a kind, who’s work ethic always went above and beyond to provide the best for his family, while still finding time for fun and games. He was a shop foreman, fabricator, and an amazing machinist. He took pride in everything he did. He enjoyed camping, four wheeling and everything outdoors.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ruby, Everett, and his father-in-law Marv Thomas, who he adored.
A viewing will be held at Larkin Sunset Gardens on January 11, 2021at 9:45am to 11:45am followed by a graveside service at 12:00pm.
