Michael Clifford Ostler

After many courageous battles, our beloved hero passed away peacefully with family by his side. We are comforted to know that he is reunited with his mother and brother. Mike enjoyed playing guitar, socializing karaoke, listening to music, watching sports, classic cars and gardening. He also loved spending time with family and friends. He adored his nieces and nephews. Mike worked at Quality Produce for many years gaining a lifetime of friendships.
Mike is survived by his daughter Amanda Davis (Chris,) grandsons Zach and Jude, father Lee H. Ostler (Joyce,) brother Terry (Suzie,) sisters Julie Langston (Ron,) Kathy Mair (Steve,) Jody Markland (Ron,) Jamie Lee Carlson, Jennifer Farnworth (Pat,) many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews and extended family members. Proceeded in death by his mother Beverly Jean Workman, stepfather Leland B. Workman and brother Lee H. Ostler Jr. We would like to offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to Dave and Kim, and the other amazing staff at IMC Dialysis Center, His liver transplant team, his cardiology team, and the many doctors and nurses who cared for him throughout the years.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 15th at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South. A viewing will be held prior to the service at 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
