Michael John Wood was born June 23rd, 1953 to John and Velma Wood, and passed away August 22nd, 2017. He was raised in Pleasant Grove, Utah and went on to serve in the United States Navy after high school. He spent his career working for Delta Airlines, where he retired in 2008. He loved his kids and their spouses, his four grandkids, the Oakland Raiders, and Georgia Bulldog Football.
Michael was superseded in death by his father and mother, John and Velma. He is survived by his two children; Jennifer Mackay (Scott, Elle, and Reed) and Jeromy Wood (Trisha, Avery, and Easton).
His viewing will be on August 28th, 2017 at 9:30 AM at the Larkin Mortuary, 3688 West 12600 South Riverton, Utah 84065. The funeral will take place following the viewing at 11:00 AM.
