Dear Cherie & Family,
I send my heart-felt and sincere condolences at Scott’s passing. I am so sorry.. What a wonderful and amazing friend Scott was to me! I have many wonderful memories of the time we spent as teenagers in Missouri. Scott was like a brother to me, always setting a good example in striving to live a good and honorable life. Scott showed me by his actions what it meant to be a worthy priesthood holder and friend. Scott was kind and reached out to me when I most needed a friend and I will always be grateful to him. Again, I send my sincere condolences to you and your family. May Heavenly Father’s choicest blessings attend you and comfort you now and always.

Sincerely,
Paul Bateman

I know he feels your love, and I know he is still sending his love to you as well. We are so thankful for the opportunities we have had to share good times together and we are thankful for your special visit to Arizona when we were able to see you both and also his mom, Sister Steele.
