Shauna M. Keen Woolman, age 66, passed away on April 30, 2022 in Millcreek, UT.

Born June 1, 1955 in Los Angeles, CA to Raymond Keen and Margaret Johns Jarvis. She married Larry Woolman on October 10, 2009 in Millcreek, UT.

Shauna was very creative. She loved to work with crystals, sequins and other such items to create many beautiful lamps, dishes, fruit, dolls and hairpieces. She always remembered birthdays and would call her sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and others to wish them a happy birthday first thing in the morning. She had a good sense of humor and a fierce love of Elvis Presley. She was often referred to as “The Elvis Lady”. She loved Elvis Presley and had a large collection of his items with pictures of him on every wall from ceiling to floor.

She is survived by her beloved husband Larry Woolman; sister, Robyn Keen; many nieces, nephews, cousins and her six stepchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Taunya Kae Ellifritz; stepfather, David Jarvis and nephew, Clifton Ellifritz.

Shauna will be missed dearly, but we know her loving spirit will live on.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South, Salt Lake City, UT. Friends are invited to call on the family Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, and on Friday from 1:00 to 1:45 pm prior to the services, at the same location.

Guestbook/Condolences

Shauna I'm glad your not suffering anymore. I wanted to honor your wishes and speak at your funeral but my dad excluded me from that and said you weren't in your right mind when you asked me. I know you were very much in your right mind but I don't want to be in a hurtful situation. I love you and will cherish our memories. Your going straight to heaven for your beautiful heart and innocent disposition. Thanks for all the things you made for my kids and me. And thanks for always being kind to me and I'm glad we were friends. I will still write the speech for you and share it at your grave after the funeral where it will not be hurtful. That will have to work. I hope you understand I wanted to honor you and due to the circumstances this is the best I can do.

Larry,
Sorry for your loss of Shauna. One is fortunate to find some one you can share your life with, the ups and downs , the joys and the tough times. To have some one that is there for you on each of those occasions was as meaningful for her as it is for you.
Remember the best times and take strength knowing that she knew she was loved.
Jim

I will miss Shauna for her love and passion for crafts, holiday decorations, Elvis, and Elvis memorabilia. I witnessed a few of her creations which were absolute menageries that could keep one curiously scanning for hours! That signified to me a great giftedness that Shauna had, despite any limitations. Imagine now what she can do, say, and what beauty she is making!
