In loving memory of Shirley Jean Lewis
Shirley Lewis passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, December 15, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Her gentle spirit, quiet strength, and unwavering faith marked a life well lived and deeply cherished.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Della Bailey; her siblings Boyd Bailey, Joyce Walters, Kaye Bailey, and Shauna White; and her beloved son, Troy Lewis, whom she carried in her heart every day.
She is survived by her loving children: Cari (Jeremy) Dansie and Brian (Erin) Lewis. She was a devoted and proud grandmother to CJay, Kaylie (Anthony) Taylor (Kamen) Audrey, Lexi, Aleah, Collin, Ryan (Mikayla) and Aaren, and a joyful great-grandmother to Dezzren, Londyn, and Dawson. Her family was her greatest treasure, and her love for them was constant, steady, and unconditional.
Shirley was an active and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved the gospel deeply and held tightly to her beliefs throughout her life. One of her greatest joys was serving for many years as a temple worker, a service she treasured and spoke of with quiet reverence. Her faith guided her choices, sustained her through loss, and shaped the loving woman so many came to know.
Those who knew Shirley will remember her kindness, her gentle presence, and the way she made people feel seen and cared for. She didn’t seek the spotlight, but her influence was powerful and felt in her home, her service, and the countless quiet acts of love she offered without expectation.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know her.

I love and miss my aunt Shirley so much
I am so glad that I was able to have so many fun memories with her through my life!!!!!!!
I remember a long time ago when I was having a serious issue and Les & Shirley helped me with it. From that day forward, it meant so much to me. And Shirley was so attended and sweet about it. She didn't judge me at all. She was a great sister in law.
I love her very much and will miss her forever. May you rest in peace Shirley.
