Our sweet baby, Zeke Joseph Monroy, passed away peacefully at 8 months old on August 15, 2019 in Riverton, Utah. Zeke was born to Jesus Monroy Jr. and Stephanie Guillen on November 18, 2018, surrounded by love.
Zeke was a fun-loving baby. He loved watching Sesame Street and Barney, bath time and splashing in the water, and he loved playing with his feet and sticking out his tongue. He loved his family and trying new food (sometimes), and he loved playing with his toys. He had the most amazing smile, one that we will greatly miss.
Zeke is survived by his mother Stephanie Guillen, his father Jesus Monroy Jr., his brothers Brody Guillen, Tyson Sosa, and Zeus; his grandparents Eva and Jesus Monroy Sr. and Sandra Abarca; his aunts Mckenzie Mandarino, Jayleen Guillen, and Emily Monroy; and his uncles Jonathan Monroy and Steven Mandarino. He is preceded in death by his great-grandma Elma Abarca (grandma Elmo.)
A mass will be held in Zeke's honor on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at the St. Andrews Catholic Parish, 11835 South 3600 West, Riverton, Utah at 11 A.M. A visitation will be held a day prior, on Friday, August 23, 2019 at Larkin Mortuary in Riverton, 3688 West 12600 South from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. Interment at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
