Donna (Polly) Taylor Burnham died May 13,2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born June 5th 1923 in Provo, Utah to George H. (Peg) Taylor and Norma LaGene Simmons Taylor. She married Grant Kendall Burnham in Provo, Utah in 1943. She was a member of the LDS Church and the lady lions club, she was very social and enjoyed playing cards, needle work, cross word puzzles and charity work. Polly was survived by her daughter Nannette Bartholomew (Richard), 8 grand children, 21 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Grant K Burnham and son Dennis Taylor Burnham.
Funeral services for Polly will be held on Monday May 20th 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 South 1950 East, Sandy, Utah where family and friends may call from 12:00 noon to 1:45 pm prior to the services.
