Steven Francis Mandarino, beloved son of Fred and Marilyn Carlston Mandarino, passed away May 13, 2021 from coronary heart disease. He was born September 26, 1950 in Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated from West High. He served in the US Air Force where he met his wife Margaret Elaine Walker, later divorced. Together they had four boys, Christopher Francis (Tami) Mandarino, Robert Earl Mandarino, Steven Franklin (Heather) Mandarino, and Nicholas Fred Mandarino.

Steve retired from the US Postal Service, where he enjoyed being in charge of the company parties. He loved going to Wendover.

He had many trials, but he loved his family. The most important things in his life were his sons. He did everything he could to love and help them.

Survived by his siblings: Cheryl Mandarino (Dennis) Whipple, Jan Mandarino and Paul Mandarino. Brother-in-law Edmond Morreall. Twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and lots of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents and sister Tina Morreall.

The family wants to thank his sons, Steve and Nick for taking such good care of him.

A Celebration of Life will take place at 11:00AM on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at the church located 1239 W. Country Creek Drive in South Jordan.
