1954 ~ 2025
Tammy Larsen passed away peacefully in her home on September 6, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on October 10, 1954, to Ray and JoAnn Bennett. She was the heart and soul of her family, a constant source of strength, warmth and unconditional love. She recently celebrated 54 years of marriage with the love of her life Larry. Together they built a legacy grounded in devotion, love and unwavering support. She was a proud and loving mom to three children, Jennifer (Darren), Tony (Cori) and Amy. She loved being a Grammy to her six grandchildren, Brecken, Dallin, Tage, Sydnee, Tred and Easton, she was so proud of each of them and loved spending time with them. Tammy also leaves behind her siblings who were also her dear friends, Brent (Julie), Sharvana (Cat), Tracy (Kim), Toni (Pat) and Tonya (Bob who preceded her in death) as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. Her lifelong best friend of 57 years, Angie, was a great companion throughout every season of life.
To know Tammy was to feel loved, she had an incredible way of making everyone feel like they were her favorite, because to her they truly were. This past year brought many challenges, but she faced each one with grace, resilience and a signature of kindness. She never missed the opportunity to express gratitude or offer a heartfelt compliment no matter the circumstances. Tammy was the glue to our family, the steady presence around whom everything revolved. Her absence will be deeply felt but her spirit, strength and love will continue to bind her family together. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Per her wishes, a private celebration of life with her family will be held to honor her memory.
This is such an amazing tribute to an incredibly amazing woman. Tammy had the most infectious laugh and the best smile. The friendship she shared with my mom is one that people can only dream of having. She loved her family with every ounce of her being. To say she will be missed is an understatement.
Larry, Jennifer, Tony and Amy… I love you guys!!!
My love and best wishes go out to all of Tami’s loved ones. It is a hard time for those left behind.
Love,
Claudette, Catherine’s mom
I always admired the smile that was Tammy. We were lucky to be next door neighbors for 20 years. The love she had for Larry, her children and then grandchildren was unmistakable. She now will be watching from heaven. RIP Tammy.
I have been friends with Tammy for so long. Our kids grew up together. We could go for a long time and not talk and then when you did it was amazing. She was one of a kind and her mermory will last forever. Thank you for being my friend
Our deepest condolences to the Larsen family.
Tammy will forever remain in our hearts and memories.
A Mothers love is eternal, hold on to that everlasting love, and let it be your guiding light.
We were fortunate to have laughed on the phone with Tammy recently. Tammy was a phenomenal woman.
Your family is in our hearts as you celebrate your beloved Wife, Mother, and Sister.
Tammy Larsen was famous for her hugs. Didn't matter if you weren't hers...you felt like you were when she was around. She made everyone feel special and welcomed in her home. She always had Cherry Coke and mustard pretzels available for snacking. She made the best tacos! If you had the pleasure of being around her on Halloween and got to try her famous Halloween Chili...consider yourself lucky!
She was always helping her kids with their school projects, and she was a GREAT artist!!! She had the coolest rock and roll posters and was really just a super cool mom. Everything she did was from a place of love and she had a fierce love for her family. If she wasn't over giving Willow Canyon a piece of her mind, she was cleaning or doing laundry or resting getting ready for her night shift. She always made sure her family was well taken care of.
Tammy had an infectious laugh and was always so warm and friendly. Whether she was twirling your hair with her fingers or pulling you in for a tight hug, there was no guessing how she felt. She showed love by always being there, always listening and always doing everything she did with strength and grace. Thank you for showing us the way Tammy! Thank you for raising a loving and kind family! Thank you for the memories and most importantly, Thank you for the Love. Your Legacy is Love Tammy! Unconditional and warm. We love you and will try to be as much like you as possible. Thank you for the example.
I consider my friendship with Tammy one of the greatest gifts in my life. I will miss her , but cherish such wonderful memories. Sending condolences and much love to her wonderful family.
