Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend Te Tang, age 81 of South Jordan, Utah, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, after a long, intense and brave battle with a massive stroke.
Te was born May 16, 1941 to Tang Nhuan and Tran Linh in Saigon, Vietnam.
Him and his family soon found home in Salt Lake City, Utah. He retired early at 56 years old and enjoyed his time off with a glass of Heineken and his grandkids running around. He always offered what he had on his plate and always showed love towards the people who looked up to him.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linh Lu; two sons Van Tang and Hao Tang; two daughters Ky Tang and Thi Tang; 10 grandchildren; and many relatives and friends whom he loved dearly.
A viewing will take place on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Road, Sandy, Utah. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 beginning at 9:00 AM also at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
