Terry Dale Erekson, 74, of Sandy, Utah, passed away quietly on February 26, 2023, under the shadow of the mountains he loved so much. He was surrounded by his children and loved ones.
Son of Clain and Vernetta Erekson. Terry was born in Murray, Utah. He grew up on the Erekson Dairy which instilled in him a work ethic that he maintained his entire life and passed on to his children along with a love of music and a talent for making people laugh with incessant puns and sarcasm.
Terry is preceded in death by Claudia Jean Romney Erekson, the love of his life. He is survived by his children, Dustin, Monica, Amanda, Zachary, and Jacob along with his adoring grandchildren.
A private ceremony will be held in his honor.
We love you dad, and as you have told countless nurses, servers, and Home Depot Associates, “You’ve done a great job, Terry. Take the rest of the day off.”

Sorry to hear of Terry's passing. He was great with the boys in our ward back ing the day. He could always make you laugh.
