Mom passed away at her home 23 April 2017. She was born 28 August 1920 to Donald and LaVinnia Angell Fuller in Leeds, Utah. She had a happy childhood growing up in the small town of Leeds. She graduated from Dixie High School in St. George and attended LDS Business College in Salt Lake City.
She married Jesse Norman Hogge in 1941. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They had 5 children: Laurie (Edward) Hall, Kenneth (Judy) Hogge, Deena (Evan) Penrod, Janet Wilson and Kim (LuAnn) Hogge. She has 18 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Mom is preceded in death by her husband, grandson Shawn Hogge, parents, siblings and their spouses.
Her family, home and church callings were the center of her life. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. She also loved the many dogs and cats that were part of her life.
She was a faithful member of the LDS Church. She served in many callings. The ones she enjoyed most were her callings in Relief Society as she learned to know and love many people. She had many friends that she loved dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the River Ridge 8th Ward, 1409 West Shields Lane (9800 South). A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the services.
We love her and will miss her until we meet again.
