Doreen Dipo Carlson

1938 ~ 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our sweet mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin and friend, Doreen Dipo Carlson. Mom passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, surrounded by family. She was born October 30, 1938, the oldest of six children, to George and Dora Dipo, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her fondest memories were growing up on Oakland Avenue with all of her cousins. Mom graduated from Granite High School.

Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. Mom was an exceptional secretary and worked for Granite School District for over 40 years before retiring with dad in 2001.
