Ty Austin Glines

1976 ~ 2018

Mr. Ty Austin Glines of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 18, 2018, at the age of 42. Ty was born to parents George Eugene and Micki Sue Glines on February 13, 1976, in Roosevelt, Utah. He attended Union High School where he was an all-star athlete in three sports.

In 2003, he married the love of his life and best friend, Rachel House, in Spokane, Washington. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005. He practiced for 13 years in both St. Louis, Missouri, and Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2008, Ty and Rachel welcomed their twin sons, Ford Eugene and Cole Nash Glines.

In addition to his wife and sons, Ty is survived by his father and stepmother Bly Glines, brother Mannix Glines and sister Jolie (Reman) Jacobsen, stepsisters Carie (Bryon) Brown, Billie Joe (Michael) Paulsen, and stepbrother Len (Renessa) Boren, and many loved nieces and nephews and their families. He is preceded in death by Charles (Chas) Levi Glines.

Memorial service will be held onMonday, February 26, 2018, at 1:00 p.m.at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Road (10600 S.), Sandy. A celebration of Ty's life will immediately follow at Le Jardin also at Larkin Sunset Gardens.

An additional memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., at the Neola LDS Chapel,2062 West 9000 North.
