Jeffrey O. Bissegger, born August 20, 1977 of Salt Lake City, Utah passed from this life June 5, 2016. Jeff was an avid reader who loved to learn. He was a successful, mean attorney. He loved to practice law. His favorite author was John Steinbeck. He loved to watch movies and cuss. He was an avid Yankees fan, even when they sucked and he loved football. He hated Hallmark movies and hated the thought of fruit for dessert. He loved pizza, movies, (especially rated R ones), traveling and being right. He loved history and knew almost everything about the Civil War. He loved dogs. He could not walk past a dog without saying hi to it and petting it. He gave to many animal charities. But most of all he loved spending time with his loving wife Rachel and his two girls. They went on many Disneyland trips together where they made special memories that they will cherish forever. He loved to take his family "Pancaking" every Sunday. Jeff is survived by His loving wife who he adored, Rachel Bissegger, his daughters Anna and Chloe, three dogs- Gatsby, his best friend, Penelope his second wife, and Eliot his young boy. He is also survived by his Momma, Barbara Bissegger, and 4 siblings and many nieces and nephews. Jeff is now in heaven at peace, playing with his dogs and enjoying his full head of hair. Jeff will be missed by MANY!
