Our beloved Syd returned home to her Heavenly Father and was reunited with her family on July 10, 2015. Syd's parents are Gary and Faye Densley. She grew up in the Draper/Sandy area. She attended Jordan High School and worked at First Security Bank for many years.
Her pride and joy are her two daughters Traci and Christie, her grandchildren and son-in-law Vinnie. To Syd family meant everything, she deeply loved family gatherings, camping, music, hunting, and fishing. Syd had a contagious smile that would light up a room as soon as she entered. She lived her life to the fullest.
Syd is survived by her two brothers Gary L.(KIM) and Casey (Nicki) Densley, her two daughters Traci (Vinnie) Brookins and Christie Porter, grandchildren Brandon, Ashley and Cameron Brookins. She is also survived by her Grandma Evans, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) Sandy, Utah. A viewing will be held from 9:00 ‚ 10:45 a.m. prior to services at the mortuary.
In lieu of flowers donations are welcomed at any Heritage West Credit Union in Sydnee's name.
